Terms of service

RentalOS is provided as business operations software. Organization owners are responsible for user access, lawful data collection, tax configuration, document terms, and verifying generated business documents.

Trial access

New organizations receive a fourteen-day Starter trial. When access expires, the workspace becomes read-only until access is extended or subscription billing becomes available.

Operational records

Financial and audit records may use reversals or archival instead of destructive deletion to preserve business history.
