What is processed
We store your account details, submitted public website address, normalized audit findings, scores, AI recommendations and private report files. Raw crawled HTML is not retained.
Service providers
Configured audits may use Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Places and OpenAI. Stripe or PayPal processes subscription payments; card and PayPal credentials are not stored on this website. Only the minimum data required for each service is sent. Google business results include required Google attribution. OpenAI receives normalized public findings rather than raw HTML or account contact details.
Retention and deletion
Reports remain until you delete them. Deleting an account removes its reports and PDF files. Temporary processing files are periodically removed.
Important OpenAI data note
OpenAI states API data is not used for training. Default abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days unless Zero Data Retention is enabled for the configured project.
Agency workspaces and API
Agency owners control workspace membership, report branding and API tokens. Token values are stored only as secure hashes and are shown once when created. Workspace owners can remove a member at any time.
